Just got back from xMII class, where they used FrontPage. Discovered today that FrontPage is no longer a product. Is the follow-on product (Expression Web) supported (i.e. does the xMII install integrate plugins correctly?). Is there any way to get these plugins to work with VisualStudio.Net? What are most people using for development?
Request clarification before answering.
DreamWeaver is, by far, my preferred tool for xMII UI design. Substantially better than FrontPage, and the xMII plug-in works well (once you get the patch for it!).

Since my original post, I have discovered that FrontPage no longer exists as a product, and has been replaced by something called "Expression Web". In any event, I have downloaded DreamWeaver and installed it and it works well. (I assume that the 'patch' you referred to is what is bundled as part of SAP Note 930233).
Thanks for your help!
Hello Ryan,
How was the training?
xMII has plug ins for FrontPage and Dreamweaver. If you don't have those you should use the "standalone" wizard - which you can download from the xMII server and install on your computer. The standalone will ask you to login to the xmii server - and when you click the "Create HTML" button - it saves the applet code to the clipboard. Then you can paste it into your webpage.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply!
Training was good, but had a few problems, most having to do with the fact that they no longer give each student a full workstation to play with, but instead use Citrix to provide sessions on a remote machine. As a result, they have had to discontinue the "Installing xMII" section of the class. Also, the sessions had a tendancy to hang, and our instructor was not able to get anyone to respond to her calls, so we had a number of situations where everyone in a row ended up huddling around a single workstation. The instructor was very good, and the exercises were excellent!!
