When listing the workorders with transaction IW37, there 's no indication of the existance of attachments to the workorders, meaning a customer has to open every single workorder in the list to see if there are any documents attached to it. This is unconceavable.
I've been looking through the SAP Knowledge Base / SAP Notes and found nothing reported yet.
Am I the only one noticing this problem ?
If not, I would be very greatful to know how you solved this in a standard way (of course).
Thank you,
Geert Vanvaerenbergh.
Hi,
How is your attachments are done at Header level or at Operation.
In IW38, you have an option to check whether there is any attachments for list of orders, check your layout

Hi terry.boy I can't find anything about attachments in either selection screen or all 120 or so available columns for display. Can you please share the name of the attachment column in the layout? Cheers
Hello Geert - please see this SAP Note - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1851646 it helps us see if attachments exist.
Good luck
