Vendor Safety Data sheet BBD Date in Quality Management

Hi Experts,

I have the requirement to map where the vendor gives the certificate and Datasheet which needs to be stored in the system and will have the validate date of 3 Yrs, As soon the data sheet gets expire system should send the mail to Quality Person and Purchasing Person.

Hi Tejas,

Please create a DMS Document type with the validity as a characteristics, create a Separate report which monitors the characteristics and send email to Whoever required as per the criteria
