values in dashboard not displaying

Hi,

On the cProjects checklist dashboard some columns do not show any values while on the task dashboard the values of all columns display correctly.

What could be the reason for some columns displaying values while some appearing blank on the dashboard? si there any configuration to be done for each field to extract the values?

Hello, Simmi!

Look here: SPRO->Collaboration Projects->Evaluations->Define Extract Layouts and find there 0_DASHBOARD.

Select it and go to Attributes.

Hi,

We have the fields which are required on the dashboard added in Define Extraction Layout->o_dashboard->attributes.

For e.g the User status field. The values of user status appear fine in teh task dashboard but they are not visible on the checklist item dashboard.

Is there any other configuration to be maintained specifically for each dashboard?

Hi Anantharam,

I did run the extract layout program.This is happening for some projects only. For other projects it works fine.

I am closing this thread because i think I should figure out why the extraction of this program is failing for some projects
