Hi,
I would like to validate if E, H and S have been filled for Summarized HSE in CG02. I am after how the table relation is as I want to validate if they have content (assessments).
I am stranded with the tables ESTRH, ESTVH, ESTVA and ESTDU. I have found out that phrases for substances are stored in the tables ESTPH and ESTPS?
Please respond if you know how the table relation is for validation areas in CG02.
Thanks.

Hello
1.) change you mind.. (I will explain) and don''t focus on the "tables"
2.) check first the standard options in EHS.
Option a.) we have the "inquiry" option (e.g. like. provide me list of REAL_SUB for which the color is "yellow") => this inquiry option is very flexible and you can add (if you know how to do) further so called "search exits"
Option b.) You can use an "outputvariant" to solve your demand (e.g. EXCEL is a good option); Just create whatver kind of hitlist using whatver kind of search criteria; mark all objects and use output variante "EXCEL". In EXCEL you can use normal EXCEL options as "Filter" etc.
Option c.) prepare (if needed) a "better" outputvariant (based on EXCEL one)
You should NOT use (under no circumstances) direct the ESTRH etc. tables; Either use the "APIs" or "BAPIs" to retrieve the data
The "validation area" (if i get your story) is part of the "Usage" and therefore stored in ESTDU. This data is extracted using output varinat "EXCEL"
Overall: just use the existing options to solve your topic; If output variant "EXCEL" is not a "good" option: just check this "implementation "(what was delivered by SAP) and do it "different". (based on your needs)
I hope this helps
