Using XSLT transformation in MII

I'm having issues using the XSLT transformation action in the MII workbench. I keep getting this error:

DOCTYPE is disallowed when the feature "http://apache.org/xml/features/disallow-doctype-decl" set to true.

Would anyone know why this is occurring or explain what I can do to resolve this? This only happens if I use the XSLT transformation feature, so I know that's producing this error.

What happens when you set disallow-doctype-decl = false?

How do I set it to false? Let me know where I would be able to change that setting.
