Using MII to insert Quality characteristics (QM module)

Hi,

is there ready to use structure to insert quality characteristics into SAP ECC QM module using MII.

There is QE51N transaction to do it in QM module. But there is some problems to prepare batch input in SAP system.

We need ready structure to insert Quality characteristics in MII.

How can i get SOA url from Our sytem?

For ezample http://iwdf4233.wdf.sap.corp:55080/sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/ECC_MATINSPSUBOPACTRRECRC?sap-client=800&wsdl=...

How can i obtain url of this SOA object form our SAP ECC system?

Hi,

You need to replace the server and port in the URL with that of your ECC system. You can check that information from SICF t-code in ECC.

Hi Cemil,

Use SAP transaction BAPI and under the Hierarchical tab, select Quality Management-QualityInspection. There are several function modules (BAPIs) you can use for recording results for inspection lot characteristics via MII to QM. Take a look to see which one works best for your situation.
