User status update in Equipment Master based on Maintenance Orders

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to auto update the equipment master user status to In Maintenance if any work order/Notification generate. And status should set back to Available once all open Orders  closed.

Can you please share the best way to get this change in the system? Also share any difficulties to take a note handle in this change ?

please check options as provided by BF DFPS_LM_GEN - so-called technical Status for Master-Equipments and Critical Equipments. This is publically usable subset of functionality of the defense solution EA-DFPS
