HI experts , can you please let me know how to update the usage probability in a BOM component inside the production order through Function module .The existing Function module CO_XT_COMPONENT_CHANGE for BOM update does not support this function .

There is no standard FM or BAPI available to change production order components.You can follow below links to change the components,
