Upload zFields for Project Roles using program

Dear All,

As a part of Data migration programs, we are trying to upload few zFields for existing Project Roles (Role IDs are unique).

We have activated a Badi which takes care of these zFields.

The data is read from an excel sheet. The Data gets uploaded for first row of the excel. From second row onwards, the systems throws an error with a requirement of project GUID. This error is comming in CL_DPR_GECCO_IMPLEMENT which is called during the commit.

We are not able to undersatnd the need of Project GUID as the first row is updated without Pro GUID & subsequent rows demand proj GUID.

Appreciate inputs on this issue.
