Upload Financial Planning data from Excel to SAP PPM? how can we do it

we have a requirement to mass upload financial planning data to ppm item level from an excel file. is it possible to achieve this?

please check if the report provided in SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/3099003 serves the purpose.

Thanks for your response, the program present the SAP notes that you have suggested serves the purpose. But while uploading the data from an excel im facing error as -@5C\QError@ S:RPM_UTILITIES:155 PC23269 1 and upload is failing. are you aware of this error? my system doesn't have message 155 in rpm_utilities.
