We have just upgraded to Office 2007, Sap Gui 7.1 sp22 and WWI sp23.
I have modified a report template and when I preview in cg42, the template looks fine. It is worth noting that is has several tables in the word document.
When I run cbgl_mp01, label creation and preview or the print the document, it is completely wrong.
I notice when I preview the document in cbgl_mp01, it comes up in .doc compatibility mode. Why does it do that?
Do I have to convert my existing templates in SAP to MS Word 2007?
I have read pretty much every SAP note on the ms word upgrade and I do not see any reference to this problem.
Thanks

Have you upgraded the synchronous WWI server for GLM as well? Keep in mind that the preview or the print via CBGL_MP01 occurs throught the server instead of client WWI installation (SAP GUI).

I found that I had created a rich text item too close to the margins and it would no longer show the rich text, I had to reformat page and delete the paragraphs that showed off the page, that was where the rich text was hiding.
It seems margins, head/footer and rich text don't work well with the wwilayout.doc and compatibility mode

Hi
Have you checked this SAP note: 1012558_WWI release for MS Office Word 2007?
