Update the Company code and Cost centre in Equipmnet Master

Hi All,

While doing GR for an order the equipment master is created in background, i have a requirement to update the company code and cost center in the Equipment master. Kindly help me on how this can be achieved .I tried using the user exit IEQM0003 but its not updating the same. Kindly help me here.

Did you consider using a material movement BAdI method (such as MB_DOCUMENT_BADI~MB_DOCUMENT_BEFORE_UPDATE) to trigger some call of BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE (executed in BACKGROUND TASK within a RFC FM wrapper)

commit work for the BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE gives a dump in the BADI
