Unable to use Resource, responsible resource on decision point of PPM item

Hi Experts,

We want to restrict access of an decision point on PPM item as per our organizational financial delegation set-up. We can see responsible and responsible resource on decision point but unable to use it. I read on SAP help that we cant use those fields on PPM item decision point.

We don't have Fiori apps ' Approve decision point' as well on S4 Hana 1909.

Could you please suggest what option we have to control this authorization and Workflow part in this case. We are not using a robust workflow here.
