Unable to start AutoCAD Application from SAP Engineering Control Center

When I installed the SAP ECTR interface to AutoCAD for the first time and imported the dwg document into SAP PLM. But, I could not open the DIR from SAP ECTR, and the following error message was displayed:

E00034 - Error starting application ‘ACD’:‘AutoCAD directory does not exist.’

Hello Michael,

can you start AutoCAD via ECTR->System->Launch Applications->Launch AutoCAD?

When you manually start AutoCAD is the SAP-PLM (ECTR) ribbon available?

I have found the cause of the problem. I have configured the following files and it is ready to start.

%PLM_INSTDIR%\applications\acd\customize\config\default.txt

plm.appl.location.acd = C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\AutoCAD 2020
