Hi ,
We have installed NW CE 7.1 EHP1 SP03 and we successfully deployed SAP MII on top of it.
during the deployement for the first time we deployed built 0 which is the part of the download.
I was able to see the home page and imported a project also.
We decided to move to service pack 5 so we tried depolying the SCA file of the SP and build.
during this process we were able to deploy the service pack but not the build.
We thought of upgrading the JSPM patch from 1 to 5. after deployment of the patch when i tried to open MII using the url
http://<server host>:<port>/XMII/Menu.jsp i am getting an error saying
Error: Application stopped.

Request clarification before answering.
We had similar issue with the install of XMII 12.1 SP6 01 patch install. Opened SAP message and SAP recommended undeploying the two components which was giving us issue with the path install ( xappsxmiiear and xappsxmiijraapp ).
On your installed server, login to XMII JAVA telenet session as administrator.
telnet localhost 50308
undeploy name=xappsxmiiear vendor=sap.com
undeploy name=xappsxmiijraapp vendor=sap.com
The undeploy went well. Did the patch install and restarted the system and waited for few minutes before opening the XMII page and all is well now.
Hope this helps !

Hello Shyam,
In NWA, go to Operation Management -> Systems -> Start & Stop
Check for JEE Applications, Search for xmii
See the status of applications if not started start the xpps-xmii-ear application and refresh.
Hope this helps!!

Adarsh
