Unable to maintain OEL for physical agents in EHSM 6.0

Dear experts,

Please let me know where do we maintain OEL values for physical agents. For eg: Noise, the peak limit is 70 dB. In the agent window, i do not find a place to enter values. Also when i trigger protocols, system does not initiate any action. Please help
