Unable to load resource Lighthammer.jar

Hi,

We are using 12.0.2 build (88) version. When we are trying to open the work bench, it is showing error as

Unable to load resource: http://<servername:port>/XMII/CMSLogicEditor/Lighthammer.jar

in exception it is showing as

JNLPException[category: Download Error : Exception: java.io.IOException: HTTP response 404 : LaunchDesc: null ].

but Lighthammer.jar is in CMSLogicEditor location.

What is the problem and how to sove it?
