Unable to load home page in SAP XMII

Hi,

We are using SAP XMII version 15.1 and upon accessing /XMII/Menu.jsp the XMII page opens up, however without /Menu.jsp and also by accessing 'Home' link in XMII page, following error occurs:

Unable to load home page, java.lang. Exception HTML File for user could not be generated

Appreciate if anyone can share solution to this issue.

We also have the same issue on our new 15.2 server, though only on https.

We are facing this same issue in 15.2 SP0 Patch 11. Is there any update or resolution for this? Thank you.

Have any of you opened a ticket? I would recommend doing so, especially those for which the Home page worked in prior releases.
