Unable to Import MS Project in PPM

Dear All,

I am getting the below error while trying to import a MS Project in PPM,

Could not import project from Microsoft Project

Error during access to the ref node 'USER_DEF'. The ref node is not defined or does&#

I did refer to the SAP Note 2141142 regarding the field "Outline Code" but the said project does not have any values defined in the column "Outline Code".

Could you please let me know if this is normal behavior or if I am missing something with the configuration?

Dear Vivek,

Please refer to SAP KBA 2141142 for information regarding the error you are encountering.

In this case your Reference Node is called USER_DEF instead of the example used in the document (F404050).
