Hi all,
I am new to MII. I have an issue for two materials
For 2 materials the loipro idocs are status 03 in ECC but when MII receives them they do not generate an xml to receiving system, no error message in MII to identify failure mode.
Let me know if you need any further info.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply Christian.
IDOCS for the 3 PO's are sent from ECC->MII->MES(receiving) system. the PO's which are sent from ecc are in status 03 passed ok to port and these po's reached MII(empty XML file) then reached MES(the same empty xml file). actually the file shouldn't be empty here. This is happening for only 3 materials.
No errors are there in MII logs to investigate the issue.

In that case I would try to replicate it in a dev or sandbox system. Turn up logging in the relevant categories/tracing locations and see what happens. Check the database and db logs and any logs/traces on the sap side as as well. Does the Idoc have content on the SAP side as well? Is there some kind of filtering on the partner configuration? What mechanism is triggering the Idoc on the sap side? You might have to get basis and/or IT involved and wire shark it. Dig in. If you can't sort it out you will need some help or possibly need to raise a ticket with sap. Unfortunately unless somebody comes along and reads this thread that has had the exact same problem I doubt it is an issue that can be solved by a forum response.
It's isn't clear from your description if the receiving system is MII or if MII is supposed to send something to another system when it receives the Idoc? If the Idoc is getting too MII and into the message listener queue then what is the logic in MII? Maybe the offending materials caused the the production order to have a status that MII is filtering on and it isn't really an "error"? The only advice anyone can give at this point is to turn logging up and/or try to reproduce the error in a dev system and then just use basic troubleshooting to figure out what is causing the issue.

No error message or XML file triggered to debug.
The idocs for these production orders transferred from SAP to MII but MII did not send an XML to receiving system. In investigation I noticed some of the materials are in pre-phase out status, which should not impact the production or idoc. When I refreshed the production order bom to omit the those materials, the resulting idoc went to MII and the XML file was sent to receiving system. In both cases the idoc is status 03 passed ok to port and I cannot identify any segments with erros in ECC. There is not an error message in MII, the XML file is not generating.
