Dear SAP Support Team,
We are currently testing the SAP Document AI Trial service and have encountered an issue when trying to create a new instance — either via Booster or manually through the BTP Cockpit.
Each attempt fails with the following message:
Couldn't create an instance of service 'SAP Document AI Trial' with plan 'blocks_of_100'.
Operation failed.
The same behavior occurs across multiple trial subaccounts and for different users. Additionally, previously created instances cannot be deleted and show the status “Deletion Failed”.
We understand this is a trial environment, but could you please advise whether this behavior is expected or if there is any known limitation or temporary issue affecting the SAP Document AI Trial service?
Any guidance or confirmation would be highly appreciated.
