Hi all,
We have experienced the issue in title when we try to open the "Report Incident - Simplified" in Netweaver.
The user seems to be not associated with a SAP Business Partner despite we have created the BUP003 / BUP004 for the user.
Keep in mind that we have integrated external HCM via RFC to the EHS systems in order to create BP and relative BP Role when the user access to the function "Report Incident - Simplified" in Netweaver.
Have you ever experienced the same problem? how can I solve?

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Ricardo,
if you have set up your HR persons with the corresponding SAP users (infotype 0105), you have to run the HCM sync report which creates the business partner/business user.
For testing purposes, you can use the report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE. For productive use, you can schedule the report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL.
However, before you run any of the above reports, I recommend to have a look at SAP Note 2578294 - FAQ - Employee to Business Partner synchronization in S/4HANA OnPremise which answers a lot of questions regarding prerequisites and how-to.
