Unable to call CAPM destination in Custom Plugin for SAP DM

Hi Experts,

I have a CAP model that I want to use to call both GET and POST methods from my custom SAP UI5 plugin for SAP Digital Manufacturing. We've already created a destination and configured the details in the xs-app.json file.

Now, I need to call a GET method function in the UI but I am getting a 404 (Not Found) error. Could someone guide me on how to implement this?

Any help or code snippets would be greatly appreciated. 

Note:- I have created different applications for both CAPM and Plugin
