Unable to assign resources in Project Staffing - search provides no result

Hello PPM experts,

I find that a few of end users are unable to do staffing in PPM Projects.

When they search for a resource in Staffing tab, no resource is shown. Even if they search for their own user id, the search provides no result.

Where or How can I troubleshoot? I have compared the users in SUIM however cannot figure out the authorization objects.

Hi Ashwini,

If that is the case with all the users, you must integrate PPM with HR (Business Partner = Employee Master data).

Refer the link (assuming PPM and HCM both are in same system).

If that is the case with only one user, then check his Roles & Authorization.
