UN List Sub data - special provisions

Hi all.,

I am trying to determine how to set up phrases for a field on the Transp. Regulations tab of a UN List Sub. The field I need to add phrases to is the Spec.Prov. field:

With no phrases present, I get the message

I am not sure how to determine the characteristic here, because it is a structure:

Does anyone know?

I found it, it belongs to a phraseset:

SPPROV_PHRKEY
