Transferring Data from a Scanned-In Questionnaire

Hi All,

in order to transferring data from a Scanned-In Questionnaire, I know that after the questionnaire is completed, I can scan it changing the format to ASCII.

To do this, what's the customizing activity? In other words, I'm here:

SPRO-->Occupational Health > Basic Data> Question Catalogs and Questionnaire> Questionnaires> Specific Questionnaires--> Specify Settings for Scanner File.

Here, what about "File path"? I can't able to specify the path for the directory in witch scanned questionnaires need to be saved.

Is there anybody who can help me?

Hello Marco,

This file path is specifies the path for the directory in which scanned questionnaires are to be saved.

This could be your local pc as well.

Normally this data is stored in the system folders (configured by transaction FILE).

The basis team gives the authorization to the particular directory folders based on our requirements.

All the user data is normally stored in DIR_SAPUSERS directory.

Check with your basis team,which directory is available for you and then use it to save your data.

Hello Marco,

I have not worked practically on this scenario, but what I can understand id the File path is the path where you store your Scanned questioonaire in ASCII format.

And when you want to Import the Scanned Questionnaire, you define same path and format to import.
