Transfer between Storage Locations and plants (A&B)

the goal is to transfer quality stock between 2 plant using the same inspection lot.

The way to transfer stock between storage locations/plants is transaction QAC2 (and the corresponding fiori app) when working with inspection lot, see SAP Help:

Also, during usage decision the stock can be posted and then you can move the stock with MM transactions.
