Transactions of EHS

Hi SAP Gurus ,

I am new to EHS and need the transactions for the below .

Process Step	Transaction Code
Record an Incident
Gather Additional information
Return Inquiry Forms
Review the received forms
Review and further investigation
Initiate Root/Cause Determination
Execute Maintenance Notifications
Close the Incident

I have seen the sap library but was not able to locate the Tcodes    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/dd/7d47d4b14e11d2b4410004ac160be0/frameset.htm

HI Frazer,

Record an Incident - CBIH82 Gather Additional information - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Tab - More Accident data/ custom tab)
Return Inquiry Forms - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Documents tab, by integrating with DMS)
Review the received forms - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Documents tab, by integrating with DMS)
Review and further investigation - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Investigation Tab)
Initiate Root/Cause Determination - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Menu - Goto _ Safety Measures)
Execute Maintenance Notifications - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - Menu - Goto _ Safety Measures - After adding safety measures in Technical Tab - click on button create notification) Execution will be taken care by the Plant Maintenance module with the transaction IW22.
Close the Incident - CBIH82 (you can capture in this same T. Code - status changing to Closed) Regards kamal
