Tracking Locations in EHS Report Incident app (F1992)

Hiya,

When you report an incident using this app can you attach a pin to the exact geo location of your mobile device?

Or can you only specify which PM location the incident took place in?

I assume the answer is 'PM locations only' but I'd like to get confirmation of this from all you SAP community experts 🙂

Hello Cathy,

1. You can link any EHS Location to a PM functional location or equipment.

2. Additionally, you can specify Geo coordinates for any EHS Location (Edit Location, main tab Address)

3. If you run the Report Incident app via mobile device, you can select one of the EHS Locations nearby you (if you enable Location Services of your mobile device) as the locations are sorted based on the distance considering your current geo position. This feature is available as of S/4HANA OP 1809.
