Track Material changes wrt Change Number

Hi,

My question is regarding change number used to update a Material. We are updating few details of a Material wrt to a change number.

If a user wanted to know what changes were actually done for this Material Change number combination where can we find it. When i am checking change docs in CC03 for this material its not showing any details, what field changes has happened to this Material by using this change number (like if classification data is changed or plant specific status changed etc).

Any idea how we can track those changes in change number.
