Total plan costs where from in repair service

The total actual cost will be what is posted to the service order. I do not know how total planned cost on service order is populated/updated, could you help me, thanks.

Jone Zhang,

The planned costs are derived from the information entered into the operations. So it looks like you have planned some services on one Cost Element /GL and you have created the actuals on another Cost Element /GL.

If you dig into the operation for these services you should see a Cost Element /GL assignment.
