the error of integration with FICO

Hi all,

We create a item and integration with PS at PPM 5.0.When the PS project actually incurred costs 777,  we execute RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER in the SAP ERP system,the cost was transfered to the item ,but the second costs 123 we execute RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER it's show an warning "Start data missing for item...",the costs 123 add to the table RPM_FIDATA was success,but the finalcial planing of item only show the costs 777.Pls see attchment for detail.

Hi Qiao,

1) the warning has nothing to do with the actuals. It is related to the budget (value type 41)

2) I do not see the value 123 in your screenshot. Is it really there?

3) have you used settlement in ERP?

4) have you tried to run /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING again?

     When we filled in the actual start time and finish time of item ,then run the program"RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER"everything was ok now.But i can't understand what the use of /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING.

Hello Qiao,

I am sure you have solve this by now.  But if not, that error is caused because you need to have a plan start and finish date in your Item in PPM.
