Hi Julian,
Thanks for the reply and suggestions as well.
As mentioned in point 1, i have added one more feeder line ( Paragaraph mark which is unhidden) at the bottom part. As shown below code the yellow highlighted Paragaraph mark are unhidden.
still output as below where bottom part is blank.. not getting fully occupied..
For this text box, word setting is as follows,
anything to change here..
Kindly Advise.

Hi Amol,
could you post your source code as well, please?
Additionally, the font increase is only carried out in certain steps (e.g. 8,9,10,11,12,14,16,... pt).
For long texts, it might happen that 12 is too little and 14 is too big.
What happens if you put only one, two, three languages in the text box?
Did you carry out the label wizard as a first step in the label generation? Did you try to initiate a new label from scratch with only the source code which causes the troubles?
And: your screen shot shows the paragraph settings, not the settings of the text box.
cheers,
Julian
Dear All,
here is the preview of code, so all the font is Aerial Narrow with font size 10 including last paragraph mark.
when i enter just one code line for ex: EN: ........ then text sizing working fine
as soon as i enter the code of 2 languages e.g. EN and FR then it doesn't work...may be samll thing which i am doing it incorrectly.. but not able to find it..
One observation: when i am selecting the font from 3 to 15 it is picking font size 3 despite of sapce is available.,.... so point is that, picking lowest value by default...
can you please advise here..
Thanking You,
Regards
Amol

Dear Amol
did you check: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/a7/2876030a6c11d28a220000e829fbbd/content.htm
and similar links? There are a lot of hints regarding the "Sizing" topic.
As you are mixing languages: as discussed with you in a different thread here we have the "issue" of finding the "suitable" font to be used. May be this can be a problem if you mix west european with other languages so that text sizinig does not work properly.
