Table for estimated planned cost of project in PPM

Can you please suggest the standard tables for estimated Planned cost of project in PPM.

Dear Chandan,

are you talking about the "costs" which are displayed by the "financial integration" on tab "accounting"?
When "yes" - the values are available in the ERP-system where the PS-project or Internal Order
(or Easy Cost Planning) are available.
You can use transaction RKACSHOW for the corresponding wbs-element,... to receive the tables
with the datas. (Easy cost planning datas are stored in tables CKHS, CKIS,

Thanks for reply.

in my scenario Planned cost is on Portfolio Item level, Path : Portfolio Items >> item > Financial  & Capacity planning >> Financial Planning >> Planned cost.

For this planned cost, Resource cost taking automatically from assigned resource & Other cost like material, expenses etc. we are entering manually..

so for this planned cost i m finding tables.  please help.

Hello Chandan

Have you checked the /rpm/fin_plan table yet?

Can you get to this table as follows:

From /rpm/item_d get the Item GUID field. Then you can input this field value in the PARENT_GUID of table /rpm/fin_CAT. Here you will copy the relevant GUID (for the category you want)

Then you can input this field value into the PARENT_GUID of table /rpm/fin_group. Here you will copy the relevant GUID (for the group that you want)

Now you can input this last GUID into the GUID of the /rpm/fin_plan table. You will now see all of the configured financial views as well as the values

PS: Any financial values aggregated/Rolled Up for Integrated  Fnancial views (such as Actual or Commitment from PS project linked to Item) can be found in table RPM_FIDATA.

Hi Chandan,

CGPL_TEXT is the table where PPM Objects description gets saved.
