Sync status from SAP PS for Portfolio Item

Hello everyone,

I'm with difficult for make works the sync status from SAP PS (Project Definition - System Status) for Portfolio Item. Is this possible right?

I have configured in SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Common Functions  > Decision Flow Management Settings

a) Check and Maintain Settings for DFM;

b) Define DFM Objects Link Types;

c) Maintain Objects from Synchronization;

d) Define Execution Mode for Synchronization of Objects;

e) Define customer -specific execution mode for syncronization;

SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Common Functions  > Status Synchronization

I want to show the system status from SAP PS (Project System) for the portfolio item. Not in decision point, and yes in portfolio item. Is it necessary create a field first? How works?

Dear Lilian,

you have to use the one of the BAdIs (like BADI_CPPM_RPM_PS_SYNC_WBS) of enhancement spot ES_BADI_CPPM_RPM_PS_SYNC to trigger the DFM synchronization from ERP-system to PPM-system.
