SVT Monitoring Issue for 2022 year

The Business is tried to monitor the tracking of materials to make compliance history for REACH regulation and Year 2022, But here the report is not showing all the substances (only getting 41 hits), earlier it was around 441 hits. And also, for the 2021 and 2023 system is working properly.

What might be the issue? please help me on this..

I'm not sure missing Bonded warehouse configuration is the reason for missing entries, may be you can check the data at the table level CCRCT_* based on the scenario like sales or purchase, if you have the missing entries in the table then you some problem in the view for monitering.

you need to understand "CBRC20" and the processes in the background. Therefore: CBRC20 only displays data in the database. E.g. SAP table CCRCT_PU contain data records for "import" (confirmed volumes)

So may be check this table for year 2022. If you find not so many data (as with CBRC20): then we can only "guess" what could happened. The "best" guess might be: tracking was not performed during 2022 (or there have been technical problems)

You should check your system set up. SAP has provided for such situations (as a guess to look for / check) an ABAP report (ABAP report RREGCH_RESTART_VT). If after restart of tracking you still do not find data: Then either there is an error in custimzing or you have to look for other reasons (which are NOT easy to identify)

In the last months. SVT was discussed rarely.

In a nutshell: I am sorry. There are many reasons why you have the problems. Normally: with out deep knowlegde of your data model, how you have designed the processes (e.g. purchasing) how you have done the SVT set up. nobody can help

Hello Satya,

I have checked the selection criteria and views, there is no limitations are maintained there.

Actually, the report is showing only 2 company codes out of 5, one new plant is created for EU region and stock transfer is happening from the new plant. I have checked the BONDED warehouse today and configured the missing BONDED warehouse. (BONDED > New Plant > Customer).
