Supervisor Workcenter Assignment

Hello experts,

I am trying to use the Supervisor Workcenter Assignment to assign SFCs/Operations to specific users and set the Enforced Assignment in the Workcenter Maintenance to Enforced. Based on what I've got from the help link, the other users that were not assigned should not be able to start the SFC/Operation that had been assigned to someone else. However, the SFC/Operation can be started even though there is an error message that "User "XXX" is not assigned to this operationXXXX".

Can you please advise if this is a bug or there are some other configuration might be missing?
