Hi all,

I need to export a list with the values of all Property Tree characteristics. I know that i can download an individual value when i open one characteristic like in the attached picture.

The problem is that I need an Excel document with all substances values and i don't know how to made it.

Please, could someone let me know how to do it?

Thanks so much in advance,

Regards,

Hello Adelaida,

use the Export functionality and select the right Output variant. In te variant, you can define up to 50 properties to be downloaded in one go, however, depending on the number of specifications you want to download you may run into a timeout. 50 properties can be a lot of data.

Best regards,

Ralph

Hello

the "optimal" solution is linked to your "real demand". Normally you use an output variant tp do the job (as mentioned by others)

E.g. outputvariant "EXCEL" is helpful (with the limitations that you can not check more than 50 VATs.)

Why do you need the data in EXCEL?

Hi

You can make use of specification workbench (CG02) main screen to search substance and choose output and select the export template and download the data.

You may need to check different data based on your need and in segmented wise as there is a limit to the substance data that can be exported into Excel.
