Substance Managemement; receiving error when displaying Standard Property Tree

When I attempt to display the Standard Property via T-code CGAC, I receive the following message:

The system cannot display the property tree as it contains a syntax error:
Node no.: 310150, val. assignment. type: SAP_EHS_1013_002, desc.: Flow time
contains subnodes although it is not of value assignment category E. This is not permitted.

I've completed the following IMG steps:

1. Adopted Standard Database Structure

2. Generate Phrase and Phrase Sets

3. Executed CGCZ

4. Ensured EA_PLM Enterprise Extension was activated.

Although the value assignments are present (along with EHS Classes/Char), the Value Assignment Table is blank.

Is there a setting in Enterprise Business Functions that needs to be activated?

a "property tree" need a "customizing" set up. The corresponding set up seems to contain an "error". To define a property tree you must specify if the VAT is a "node" etc. and you must specify an "internal number". Here an error seems to exist.

Please check the customizing "!Definition of property tree"). This IMG activity is not listed in your list
