After configuring job monitoring in Cloud ALM and creating the integration with Service Now in order to get automatic ticket for created alerts the tickets are created in Service Now, but the ticket subject doesn't contain the Job name.
How to create a ticket with the Job Name in the subject?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
The built-in mapping for Service now does not include the job name in the subject of the ticket.
In order to include the required fields kindly review and adjust the mapping as per instructed in "Create Mapping" section of Integration with External Ticket Systems.
The available fields for usage are described in https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-alm/apis/event-situations
In order to include the job name in the subject you may include one of the following fields:
-tags.subject -> Event name + Job name
-tags.NAME -> Job name
Best Regards
