Stop Material Issue against Maintenance order once it is settled

Dear Gurus

We have a typical requirement.

A maintenance order is created and materials are issued against it.

After this order is settled at end of month.

But the material period is open for 1 or 2 days in next month to post some pending GRN's.

So user again issues the material against the same order in back date which was settled in previous month only.

We want once order is settled in a particular month goods issue should not be allowed against that order in that particular month.

Please guide for solutions if any.

Himanshu,

You should be able to do this via a user-status at the order header.

However, you would need a batch program/development to mass update these order user-statuses.
