stayed running status after reproses IDOC in Message Nonitoring

I reprecessed received IDOC, but it stayed running position.

is it possible ending it?

I restarted MII, but it still running.

Hi,

you can use the Update Message action in a BLT to change the status of a specific message ID. However you should check the NW Logs to see if there is a hint why the processing of the Idoc got stuck.
