Status synchronization from PS Project Def to PPM Portfolio Item

Hi Experts, I'm trying to achieve the automatic closure of PPM Portfolio Item from PS Project Defin. for System Status - CLSD. I have done the following steps:

1. MAP BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS FOR SYNCHRONIZATION - 

   Source Grouping:	PD	Project Definition (PS)
   Target Grouping:	PPO	Portfolio Item (Portfolio Management)
   DFM Business Transaction:	Complete	DFM3

     2. MAP PROJECT / INITIATIVE BUSINESS TRANSACTION TO DFM BUSINESS TRANSACTION

Source Grouping:	PD	Project Definition (PS)
Target Grouping:	PPO	Portfolio Item (Portfolio Management)
Source Business Transaction	Complete	BABS
DFM Business Transaction	Complete	DFM3

      3. MAP DFM BUSINESS TRANSACTION TO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT STATUS

Source Grouping:	PD	Project Definition (PS)
Target Grouping:	PPO	Portfolio Item (Portfolio Management)
DFM Business Transaction	Complete	DFM3
Portf. Mgmt Status	Z0003	Closed

     The BADI is active BADI_CPPM_RPM_PS_SYNC_PROJ

Also we have done all config mentioned in  -

Maintain Objects for Synchronization , Maintain Attributes for Synchronization Scenarios and Integration with Other SAP Components > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Portfolio Management > Maintain Gen. Settings for Portf. and Proj. Mgmt Intgrn

Still we are not able to achieve the automatic closure

Would really appreciate any support or config steps I missed.
