Status Synchronization between Item Decision Point and Item

Hi All,

I want to configure status synchronization between Item Decision Point Status and Item Status. I have done all necessary configuration in Common Functions-->Decision Flow Management Settings-->Status Synchronization-->Synchronous and Asynchronous Status Synchronization, I used MAP DFM Business Transaction to Portfolio Management Ststus.

The status of the item is stil ot changing when Decision Point status is changed. Am I missing some configuration ?

PPM 5.0 supports both horizontal and vertical synchronization (e.g. DP to Item). See SAP Help for details http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ppm50/helpdata/en/4a/c38baf8c352470e10000000a42189c/content.htm

As suggested by Former Member, BAdI could be another way around.

I think object pairs (Item DP Status and Item Status) is outside the standard status synchronisation and you may have to get this done by BAdI provided for synchronization - INM_OF_SYNC.
