Standard Duration Field Missing in Plant Reason Codes Maintenance in SAP OEE

Hi,

We are configuring an OEE project in a SAP MII-OEE 15.3 SP01 system. I'm trying to create plant reason codes for type scheduled downtimes and changeover. In SAP Help there is a phrase:

"You can maintain the planned (standard) duration for scheduled downtime and changeover with a particular reason code. For this, you maintain the standard duration in minutes for reason codes that belong to data elements of type scheduled downtime (SCHD_DOWN) and changeover (CHANGEOVER).

If the standard duration maintained is set as Is Fixed, then this duration cannot be modified by operators when reporting a downtime. If it is not set as fixed, the operators have the flexibility to modify the standard duration when reporting the downtime."

However when i look at the system, i can not find /see the standard duration field in /OEE/PLANT_RC transaction code. I configured global reason codes leveI 1-2-3 and plant reason codes level 4. I attached the reason codes i configured in global reason codes and the reason codes i defined as master data in plant reason codes. Can you help me please?

Hello Frederik,

Unfortunately, not yet. We have opened a ticket to SAP and now we are waiting for an answer. I'll share it if we have a solution.

Yes, SAP answered our ticket and they added a new t-code which is /OEE/RC_PLANT (previously /OEE/PLANT_RC) and this new t-code includes standard duration and fixed field. You can see them in the attached screenshots.oee-rc-plant-1.pngoee-rc-plant-2.png

Thanks , it resolved the issue.
Can you guide on one more item. When we are opening the DashBoard, reason codes are not showing, although we have transferred idocs of reason code and work centers and capacities.
