Staffing" tab is not visible in Project Template in SAP PPM project management

Hi PPM Experts,

I am trying to create a project template, however I can not find the "staffing" under project template. I checked the user settings by right clicking in Resource ab to check if the tab was hidden but I can't find it there as well. could any please help if I am missing something.

Staffing is tab is missing in below image.

Expectation is to have it like below in Project Template.

Hi,

Found the solution for the query, it lies in the staffing type for the Role type. 

if Role type selected has the "staffing type as staffed by resource manager via authorization" then the staffing tab will be hidden.
