again in DG filling i got this second error

Specification 000000000020, regulation ADR: status is not release status

Message no. DGA416

how to release the Specificaiton.

Generally the Status tab in the Specification is BLANK..

please guide me how to Relase the Specificaiton

Hi Amol,

I am not sure if the below answer will help you .

I usually use DGE5 transaction to fill the material with DG master. So the material gets filled from the specification assigned to it.

To have the DG master to use, the status for DG regulation ( Like the ADR,RID,ADNR etc).The status of the DG regulations need to be in status 10 (Released) .You can check this from DG master ( DGP3) and selecting regulation and displaying...here you could find the status of the regulation.

regarding your question: I assume that specification 000000000020 is a REAL_SUB? If so the data regarding ADR comes from DG_CL_SUB specification and then from LS_UN_SUB specification. May be there is an issue in maintenance on these specifications and not on the REAL_SUB. As you have not specified which Release you are using: I know that ERP 6.0 Enhancement PAckage 3 does have more information in EH&S regarding DG filling. Therefore your issue could be related to this. Could you please state your Release (SAP Enterprise Ext 1.1, 2.0 ERP 6?).
