Hello,
Are there templates to make it possible to load specifications using CG33. If so please give me the location where I can download these templates.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear Kees,
Specification data base completely depends upon the company data, like if you have REAL_SUB and LIST_SUB you can upload using OCC and data to be converted into DAT using OCC using specific templates.
I hope it helps, If you have any queries please suggest.
Thanks
Satya

Dear Kees
the SAP online help contains examples of file content. The "best option" to learn about this is:
First do the "export". Understand why you get the data shown (start simple and then extend).. Then try to generate a .dat file for import and then just "go on by learning in the job".
May be check: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3236409

For "import/export" topics: you will find many discussions here (including use of DataEditor or OCC..)
Many consultants are using OCC now for import. We have a quite good documentation here and you avoid to learn the ".dat" file structure as you can use "EXCEL" like files for import.

Hi Kees,
The Tcode CG33 uses the dat format which can be created using the EHS OCC. Such Excel and their format is available in the EHS OCC Guide
You can find the Detailed guide with format instructions in SAP Market place under EHS OCC Help Document
Thanks and Regards
