I have set up an SPC chart with the spec limits included as part of the raw data query. I have used the Upper Spec Limit Column to map the US column from the query to the chart, but when I look at the SPC results (right click on the chart to get there) the USL and LSL are stuck at zero. The data type in the XML is 8 and if I add these columns as attribute columns, there is data there, but for some reason they do not seem to map to the USL and LSL. Any tips or clues as to why it might not map properly? The column name isn't typed in, but picked from the list, so it shouldn't be typo. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Are you also including the Target to go with USL and LSL?

Yes, Jeremy, that was exactly the issue! Thank you so much. There is no target assigned in QM and I didn't realize it had to be entered for the other spec limits to work. As a work around I just did some math to find the midpoint between the USL and LSL and assigned that as the target and then just made the line white on the chart so it doesn't show up. THANK YOU!!!! This has been driving me nuts for a couple weeks.

Hi Leanne,
What version of MII are you using?
I believe that there were some bug fixes done for the spec limit related issues in one of the recent releases, and you might have a version prior to that.
